At View 32, we offer both covered and uncovered parking options to suit your preferences. Assigned carport parking is $20 per month. Uncovered parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Need an electric vehicle charging station? We have you covered with our Level-2 ChargePoint EV Charger, which includes two charging ports. View 32 also leases storage lockers for $75 per month and bike lockers for $25.00 per month.

At View 32, we permit up to two pets per household. This means that you can bring along two of your furry friends to live with you in your new home! Please note that we charge a one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet and $500 for two pets. Additionally, the monthly pet rent is $30 for one pet and $50 for two pets. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
